In 1999, I founded the Botár law firm in the heart of Budapest, in Haris köz. Since then, I
have been committed to providing my clients with reliable and personalised legal assistance in
all areas of private law, particularly in corporate, commercial, labour, bankruptcy and real
estate matters.

My professional activity draws on specialist training (postgraduate master’s degree; LL.M.) in
economics, agricultural law and rural development.

In accordance with the provisions of the new law on the land registry that came into force in
January 2025, in the autumn of 2024 I was among the first to be admitted to the register of
lawyers authorised to act in matters relating to the land registry.

Since the beginning of my career, I have paid particular attention to representing Italian
clients. My goal is to offer them a professional environment in Hungary where they can feel at
ease and manage their legal matters in Italian, without language barriers. Over the years, I
have assisted numerous Italian companies in entering the Hungarian market through the
establishment of economic companies and investment processes. I am proud that my clients
continue to turn to me and that we have established a long-term relationship of trust with
them.

It is important to me to ensure high professional standards and to seek practical and effective
solutions. Together with my experienced colleagues, we provide legal support that guarantees
security and stability for economic decisions, whether it be company formation, contract
drafting or real estate matters.

As a member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, I actively participate in
promoting trade relations between Italy and Hungary.
